Work Commences on the Last Remaining Plot at Magna Park

Work on the last remaining plot at Magna Park has commenced with construction of a 186,097 sq ft warehouse which is being developed speculatively by Gazeley.

This high quality, A-rated energy efficient building which is due to be completed in the spring of 2016 – features 17 dock level and 2 level access loading doors, 178 car and 36 HGV parking spaces, 50m yard depth and 12.5 haunch height.

The building also features approximately 9,500 sq. ft of ground/first floor office accommodation and a secure gatehouse.
