Welcome to Magna Park Lutterworth – Europe’s largest distribution park. We have an established team looking after the Estate who are employed by the managing agents Savills. We also have Magna Park Security who work for Man Commercial our security contractor.

Quarterly HR Forum

“In 1999 a group of HR professional based at Magna Park Lutterworth teamed up to meet and discuss relevant issues and topics that they were facing as a way to support one another and build more collaborative relationships across the park. The areas of discussion included recruitment challenges, terms and conditions, benefits and constant changes to HR practises and regulations. Meeting once a quarter at different sites over the years, many people have come and gone but we are still going strong and have many attendees who have been coming for over 20 years. It is an informal meeting where we invite guest speakers from relevant areas such as the local councils, DWP and other areas of interest alongside representatives from relevant legal firms sharing all the latest trends, policies and legislation. “

Twice Yearly Facilities & Security Forum

This is for Facilities Managers and Security Managers to discuss and share best practices and we also have guest speakers on specific topics as and when required. We have a good relationship with the local Police Beat Team and they also attend some of these forums

We are proud of our landscaping across Magna Park and how it has developed over the many years we’ve existed. We have an onsite team of very dedicated landscape professionals who are out in all weathers keeping our greenery tended. We have over 1 million trees in Magna Park Central and there are 4 man-made lakes where we have regular bird species passing through. Come and visit our new 200-acre country park in Magna Park North where you will find a pathway around the lake, a bird viewing platform and you can sit on one of our numerous benches to watch the comings and goings of our wildlife visitors.

With Magna Park’s Customer & Community Liaison Officer we have held successful collaborative working events. Highlights in 2024 include 19 of the businesses taking part in our speed event for International Womens Day. This involved year 13 students from Lutterworth College moving around stations which were showcasing women in logistics.
We have a customer liaison group which meet once a quarter where we feedback any updates from Magna Park to the surrounding parish.
We are very lucky to have Cross Counties Radio based in the Magna Park Estate Office. The radio station covers areas in and around Lutterworth. They are also the dedicated radio station of choice in some of the warehouses across Magna Park.
