The Magna Park Lutterworth Innovation Centre

GLP is excited to announce the development of a new Innovation Centre at Magna Park Lutterworth, immediately adjacent to Bittesby House, the home of the  Centre for Logistics Education and Research (CLEAR).

The expansion and refurbishment of the Bittesby House campus, at the heart of Magna Park, provides the opportunity to establish an education, research and innovation ecosystem as a catalyst for positive change, helping to shape both the future of Magna Park and the logistics industry.

The Innovation Centre will provide a new dynamic hub for innovation and collaboration with up to 9,000 sq m of small business space with ancillary events café. The refurbishment and expansion of the existing underused office space will create a versatile environment designed to accommodate various functions and events, promoting growth and innovation within the logistics sector.

The planned Innovation Centre will feature flexible event and collaboration space that can host workshops, seminars, and networking events for both small and large groups.

Initial designs include seating arrangements for up to 50 attendees during seminar events.
