Magna Park Lutterworth Community Fund Makes Two Further Donations

The Magna Park Lutterworth community fund, as managed by Gazeley (Brookfield Logistics Properties) has made two further donations to local groups and charities in the Lutterworth area, a cheque for £2500 was presented to Lutterworth Town Bowling Club in addition to a cheque for £1200 that was donated to Lutterworth High School.

Mr Gwyn Stubbings, Planning Director at Gazeley (Brookfield Logistic Properties) presented a cheque for £2500 to Mr Tony Hill, Secretary of the Lutterworth Town Bowling Club. The club have already used part of their funding to purchase a new lawn mower which is an essential tool in keeping their bowling green in perfect condition.

The second cheque for £1200 was presented to Mrs Nora Parker, Head Teacher at Lutterworth High School; Mrs Parker said ‘the money will make a huge difference to our Duke of Edinburgh course’

The Community Fund supports many local community initiatives and welcomes applications from group and charities in the Magna Park Lutterworth area.

It was established by Gazeley to support community and voluntary organisations to deliver local projects. With a fund of £20,000 available per annum, many local charities and voluntary groups have already benefited from this initiative.
